Wire-o binding is extremely popular for training manuals because of its lay-flat properties making books bound this way easy for studying and and making notes.

Further adding to our unsurpassed range of folded leaflets and flyers, you can now select a heavyweight range of folded brochures printed on your choice of 250gsm, 300gsm and 350gsm coated or uncoated boards. Currently available with twelve size options over three fold styles, each has the option of your favourite laminated finish which can also be selected with or without our popular raised gloss Spot UV embellishment.

We’ve just launched a handy new tool for accurately calculating what thickness you’ll need to allow for the spine on your perfect bound books.

All you need to do is select the cover material, the material you’re using for the pages and the total number of pages and the tool uses the correct paper thickness to accurately calculate the spine.
