Flexpress printed jotter and desk pads are glued with a strong but easily tearable padding glue and come with your choice of between 10 and 100 easy tear-off leaves per pad, each pad backed with 1000 micron (1mm thick) greyboard as standard, or upgradable to 2000 microns (2mm) if you want a truly substantial pad. You can expect the same highest quality printing and environmentally friendly materials as with all our other products.

Prepress:

Whether or not you request a proof, all supplied artwork files undertake our rigorous 10 point file check to ensure your printed job turns out exactly as you intend. Naturally we'll alert you if something isn't right. Using sophisticated software, files are automatically imposed ready for printing in the most effective way to minimise waste. Every job is colour-matched to an ISO-12647-2 colour standard to ensure high levels of colour accuracy.

Sizes:

Our pads are available in all popular sizes from A6 (105mm x 148mm) - ideal for keeping by a telephone to A3 (420mm x 297mm) a decent size for a full size desk. All pads can have from 10 leaves through to 100 leaves per pad.

Material:

Pads, by nature, need to be printed onto material that works well with any writing instrument so we use an uncoated paper in weights ranging from standard 90gsm to a luxury 120gsm.

High Definition Printing:

Every job at Flexpress is printed using the finest technology available. You wont receive any products printed on beefed-up photocopiers from us - another reason we back everything with our total satisfaction guarantee. Our booklets are printed either lithographically using LED UV inks or using HP Indigo offset which is arguably the finest digital technology available.

Precision Finishing:

Trimmed to size using highly accurate programmatic guillotines, pads are then glued using a synthetic resin based adhesive which has been awarded the environmental accreditation ISO 14001 and does not affect the ability to recyle the paper sheets in the pad.

All orders are packed in super-strong boxes, custom made especially for us to give your job the best chance of surviving the rigours of overnight carriage. Your job is then dispatched using reputable national carriers on a next working day service. This will usually arrive by 5pm although please be aware once goods have left our premises we have no influence on when they are delivered. If required, you can choose to upgrade to a timed delivery for additional cost at checkout.
