Prepress:

Whether or not you request a proof, all supplied artwork files undertake our rigorous 10 point file check to ensure your printed job turns out exactly as you intend. Naturally we'll alert you if something isn't right. Using sophisticated software, files are automatically imposed ready for printing in the most effective way to minimise waste. 

Sizes:

Our custom printed tabbed dividers are currently available to suit documents of either A4 (210 x 297mm) or A5 (148 x 210mm) size. The tab protrudes 12mm from the edge of these sizes to enable easy access to sections.

Material:

Choose from coated or uncoated boards in weights from 250gsm to 350gsm. For documents likely to be handled often, we recommend adding either a gloss or matt laminate.

High Definition Printing:

Every job at Flexpress is printed using the finest technology available. You wont receive any products printed on beefed-up photocopiers from us - another reason we back everything with our total satisfaction guarantee. Custom tabbed dividers are usually printed using HP Indigo offset which is arguably the finest digital technology available.

Precision Finishing:

Tabs are cut using a dedicated tab cutting machine. This ensures accuracy and consistency of the tab size and shape. Tabs are collated into sets by default but you can choose to have them packed and supplied individually for a small saving, if preferred. We also offer the option of either two, or four hole drilling (punching) to suit standard ring-binders. The holes are 6mm as standard and drilled 10mm from the left hand edge of the tabs to match most standard paper punches.

All orders are packed in super-strong boxes, custom made especially for us to give your job the best chance of surviving the rigours of overnight carriage. Your job is then dispatched using reputable national carriers on a next working day service. This will usually arrive by 5pm although please be aware once goods have left our premises we have no influence on when they are delivered. If required, you can choose to upgrade to a timed delivery for additional cost at checkout.
